I always thought everyone who told me that was crazy, but then I started doing it and it changed my life! Also, my favorite breakfast is half an avocado (I know, I know, avocados are horrible on Weight Watchers) with the hole where the pit was filled with about 1/4 cup of fat-free or low-fat cottage cheese and sprinkled with a little salt and pepper. Delicious, and full of healthy fats and protein to keep you going all morning long! I eat cottage cheese for breakfast everymorning, and that gets me through the morning and my lunchtime workout.
