I have been reading your post since the begining. I have so long struggled with my weight. I am 280 lbs. and that is the first time I have said it because I dont want to admit it. I relate to everything that you say. It is very hard. I have tried so many diets and usually I do good but one bad day and I let go. I now have a personal trainor and am trying very hard. I just wanted to thank you for being such an unspiration. I am not where you are but I hope to be there soon.
